Kaitlyn and Blake were introduced to me by a photographer friend, Amanda. Amanda had previously worked with Kaitlyn's family but was already booked for their wedding date. And honestly I am super happy Amanda couldn't do this one. While it was HOT (the heat index was 107 and up) it was worth every second of it. I really enjoyed getting to know Kaitlyn and Blake and their family and friends. I loved seeing how personal their wedding was, and everything that it meant to them as well. It was a beautiful day mixed in with so many personal touches.
While my flight plans were completely ruined and I ended up driving to New Orleans instead, I really wish I would have had extra time to explore Studio Be. It was remarkable, and I highly suggest you visit if you're ever in New Orleans and have a chance to get over there. If you'd like to support their nonprofit or learn more about how they're supporting artists, you can do so here: Eternal Seeds.
